COMPETITION 2026 Official launch Official launch of the ENS entry competition 2026 This Sunday, May 03, 2026, the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Prof. Adama DIAWARA officially launched direct recruitment competitions, marking the beginning of written compositions for the high school teacher competition at the École Normale Supérieure (ENS) . The ceremony was held in the presence of the Director of ENS, Professor Kamagate Bamory, as well as several collaborators of the Minister.On this occasion, the Minister urged the candidates to show responsibility and integrity, while firmly recalling that any form of fraud will not be tolerated. He also encouraged all candidates and wished them good luck in these decisive tests. The focus was on using the ENS e-training platform to enable them to better appropriate this digital tool for their academic success. FONSTI project closes – genetic characterization of Tilapia hybrids 📅 Wednesday 19 November 2025 FONSTI project closes Genetic characterization of hybrids from the cross between Tilapia guineensis and Tilapia zillii in sectors IV and V of the Lagune Ébrié On Wednesday, November 19, 2025, the closing ceremony of the FONSTI project on the genetic characterization of tilapia hybrids was held at the École Normale Supérieure in Abidjan. Key moments of the ceremony 🎓 Ceremony at the Henriette Dagri Diabaté Conference Hall 🔬 Presentation of research results 🤝 Exchanges with stakeholders Presentations and exchanges 🎯 Objectives and context The research team presented the objectives and context of the project, explaining the importance of the genetic characterization of tilapia hybrids for the preservation of biodiversity and aquaculture development in Ivory Coast. 📊 Scientific methodology Detailed presentation of the scientific methodology implemented over a period of 24 months of studies, including techniques for sample collection, genetic analysis and data processing. 📈 Results achieved The main results obtained after 24 months of studies were presented, highlighting important findings on the genetic diversity of tilapia populations in the Ebriated Lagoon. « The Director of ENS, Professor KAMAGATÉ Bamory, was represented at the meeting by the Assistant Director of the Centre for Educational Support, Information Resources and Documentation (APRID), who transmitted the following documents:
